The purpose of this seminar is to help participants broaden their knowledge of the European Holocaust.
DESCRIPTION:
The seminar will explore the roots of, the ideology behind, and the implementation of the Final Solution. Topics will include: Antisemitism since the Enlightenment; World War I and the Weimar Republic, Nazi ideology and the rise of Hitler; and the death camps.
ROLE OF PARTICIPANTS: Participants will choose from a list of topics provided by the moderator for their presentation.
